In rural communities, folks look out for each other, and they also tend to know each other’s business. That’s why confidentiality isn’t just a professional standard for me, it’s a personal one. When you trust Twisted Wire Bookkeeping with your financial information, it stays between us. Whether you’re building something new or trying to sort through a rough patch, you deserve support that is quiet, respectful and trustworthy. I treat your books the way I treat mine, with care discretion and without exception.

The work I do so you can focus on yours

Monthly Bookkeeping

Accurate, organized records of your income and expenses, so you always know where you stand.

I take care of the filings with your state so you can focus on your business, not tax due dates.

Custom Financial Reports

I’ll send reports that actually make sense. Clear, useful insights that help you make smart decisions without needing a finance degree.

Catch-Up & Clean-Up Work

Behind on your books? You’re not alone. I’ll get everything sorted and current, without judgment.

QuickBooks Setup & Support

My Promise to You
I’ll treat your business like it matters, because it does.
I’ll keep your books steady, your information private, and your time respected.
You’ll always know what to expect and you’ll never be just a number.

This is for you if:

  • You’re ready to hand off the financial stress so you can focus on the work you actually enjoy

  • You want clear, straightforward answers — not confusion or runaround

  • You’ve been meaning to “get caught up on the books” for way too long

  • You value trust, consistency, and honest communication

  • You’d rather meet at your place, on your schedule, than fit into someone else’s office hours

This might not be for you if:

  • You expect someone to clean up months of paperwork overnight

  • You struggle to follow through on your part of the process

  • You want full control without collaboration

  • You prefer shortcuts over long-term solutions

  • You’re not ready to invest in professional support that values your time and mine

Want to see if we are a good fit?

Let’s start with a conversation. I’ll take the time to learn about your business. what is working and what is it not. You don’t have to have everything figured out. Thats what I am here for.
